Dr. Zekeri Mudi Usman B.Sc, CF.PRMP, PhD
Chairman
Dr. Zekeri Mudi Usman is a Nigerian serial entrepreneur, philanthropist, and MD/CEO of Zuab Motors, a diversified conglomerate with interests in auto care, agriculture, finance, and telecommunications. He attributes his success to values like commitment, humility, and hard work. Dr. Zekeri holds an honorary doctorate in Auditing & Financial Management and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Resources Management & Politics, Ghana. In 2021, he was named one of Nigeria’s most influential entrepreneurs.
Mr. Asabeda Mudi Usman
Executive Director
Mudi Asabeda Usman is a Nigerian entrepreneur and real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in real estate development, investment, and logistics. He is the founder and CEO of Umudi Properties, Amudi Oil and Gas, and Umudi Energy Limited. Known for his leadership in corporate management, he is among the youngest private real estate developers in Nigeria. Mudi holds a B.Sc in Public Administration from Lagos State University and an Executive Diploma from the University of Greenwich.
Dr Raymond Edoh
Executive Director
Dr. Raymond Edoh is a Nigerian oil magnate, international activist, political strategist, and economist, born in Benue, Nigeria. He serves as UN Habitat Ambassador to Nigeria and Nigerian Youth Ambassador to the United States. He is also Secretary General of the Nigerian Youth Congress and Executive Secretary of the National Civil Society Council of Nigeria. Dr. Edoh holds a B.Sc, Master’s, and PhD from the University of Liverpool and City University New York, with further studies at the Rome Business School.

Adebola's banking career began with a strong foundation in Banking and Financial
training, where he spent years equipping future professionals with the skills to excel.
Mr Okonkwo Ike Felix
Director
Mr. Okonkwo holds a degree in Sociology and a Master’s in Banking and Finance from the University of Benin. He began his career at the former New Nigeria Bank Plc in Port Harcourt before joining the Money Market Association of Nigeria (now FMDA), where he rose to Senior Manager/Head of Research, Membership, and Market Development. At MMAN, he coordinated the introduction of several key financial products. Nigeria Interbank Offered Rate (NIBOR), Nigeria Interbank Foreign Exchange Fixing (NIFEX), Over The Counter (OTC), Trade in Bonds and Treasury Bills. He also coordinated the activities of the Money, Microeconomic and Finance Research Group (MMFG)

Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Momoh-G Temitope Naomi is an accomplished business leader with over 16 years of extensive experience in credit analysis, risk management, and financial operations. Currently serving as the COO of CapitalMetriQ Swift Bank, she is dedicated to leveraging her vast expertise to drive the bank's growth and implement innovative strategies in investment management, capital market operations, and retail banking. Momoh-G Temitope Naomi holds a Master's degree in Public & International Affairs from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor's
degree from the same institution.
